Terms and conditions:
- DOWN PAYMENT: any booking will be actual only after receipt of a cheque or a bank transfer
- 30% for a booking made 6 months before arrivel date.
- 50% for a booking made 2 months before arrivel date.
- In case of cancellation, the down payment can't be refunded
- Deposit : 2000 € by bank transfer or cash ,returned at the end of stay after inventory and report on state of repair.
- Pets : Pets are not allowed inside the residence and around the swimming pool.
